About this role
Guildmore is looking for an experienced Quantity Surveyor to join our Midlands & North team, managing the commercial and contractual aspects of residential and social housing façade and cladding remediation projects. Based primarily at our regional office in Milton Keynes, with site visits as required, you will oversee procurement, cost control, valuations, subcontractor management and contractual matters, ensuring projects are delivered commercially and efficiently.
