About this role
Guildmore is looking for an experienced Senior Quantity Surveyor to lead the commercial and contractual management of residential and social housing façade and cladding remediation projects across the Midlands & North. Based primarily at our regional office in Milton Keynes, with site visits as required, you will take ownership of project commercial performance, procurement, cost control, valuations, payments, variations and CVR reporting.
