Optima Site Solutions is looking for a Health, Safety & Operations Support Manager for a full-time, permanent position based in Gravesend (DA12) . MUST HAVE CONSTRUCTION SECTOR BACKGROUND AND EXPERIENCE This is a hands-on role combining office-based support with regular visits to live construction projects, ideally 1–2 days per week on site . You will conduct site audits, report findings and ensure corrective actions are completed, while actively championing company policies, procedures and health and safety standards.
