About this role
The Role: We are seeking a proactive and confident Health, Safety & Operations Support Manager to support our construction operations and maintain high standards of health and safety across multiple projects. Reporting directly to the Directors, this is a hands-on role combining site audits, compliance, documentation and operational support. You will ideally spend 1–2 days per week visiting live construction sites, identifying issues, producing reports and ensuring corrective actions are completed.
