Property/ Lettings Administrator Location : Farnborough Salary : £28,000 - £32,000 Hours : Monday to Friday My client is seeking an Administrator to join their busy team. We are looking for candidates who has excellent organisational skills and attention to detail. Managing tenancy agreements and preparing all tenancy documentation. Carrying out tenant referencing and right-to-rent checks. Processing tenancy agreements, and tenancy amendments. Registering tenant deposits and ensuring compliance with deposit protection legislation.
