About this role
We're working with a Hampshire-based Local Authority that is investing heavily in improving housing standards across its private rented sector and is looking for an experienced Private Sector Housing Officer to help tackle a growing workload of complex enforcement cases. This isn't a role where you'll simply be completing routine inspections. The team is dealing with a varied caseload including Category 1 hazards, damp and mould complaints, disrepair investigations, HMOs and vulnerable residents who require a proactive approach.
