This role involves front-of-house duties, community engagement, and operational support to ensure the smooth running of the workspace. KEY TASKS-DAY to DAY Front Desk Support: o Greet and assist clients and visitors to the building, creating a warm and professional atmosphere. o Handle client inquiries, resolve issues, and provide general support. o Manage non-technical queries from customers regarding the space.
