About this role
Building a sustainable tomorrow BAM UK & Ireland is currently recruiting for a Building Services Manager to join the Scotland Construction segment, to be based on a project in the East of Scotland. Making Possible • Preconstruction responsibilities will include working with the Tender & Preconstruction Teams to ensure the clients requirements are met and any proposals reflect the needs of the contract. • There will also be a requirement for vetting of subcontractors’ tender returns for compliance against ER’s.
