Head of Estate Management Location: London (On-site, full-time) About the role A leading global data centre operator is looking for a Head of Commercial & Estate Management to oversee a major mixed-use estate in London. The estate covers around 500,000 sq ft across two main buildings and has more than 20 tenants. You'll be the owner's day-to-day lead. You'll direct an external Asset Manager and an external Property Manager and hold them to account, so that the Business Plan, budget and performance targets are delivered.
