Building Regulation Principal Designer

A medium sized Construction Consultancy are seeking a Principal Designer Building Regulations due to a new framework inbound from a repeat client. The Principal Designer will lead on Building Regulation advisory to internal and external design teams. The Principal Designer Building Regulations will have excellent progression due to the multi-disciplinary nature of the consultancy, meaning the Building Regulation Principal Design service can grow easily. You will also work closely with the internal PM and Fire Safety teams.
