Outreach Mentor Location : Rotherham Mentored by : Change Leader Type of Employment : Full-time, Fixed-Term Contract (October 2026-July 2027) Hours of Work : 40 hours per week Days of work : Monday – Friday Pay Level : £27,432 per annum We are looking for a passionate Outreach Mentor who is ready to inspire, motivate and empower young people to overcome barriers and succeed. The role will be hybrid and will involve Outreach Mentor duties 3 days per week and on-site Youth Mentor duties 2 days per week.
