Senior Family Support Worker

We are currently recruiting for a Targeted Early Help Support Practitioner to support children, young people and families within the community. This role involves working with families to identify their needs, provide targeted interventions and ensure they receive the right support to improve outcomes and promote family wellbeing. This is a temporary contract for 3-6 month with a view to extend. Key Responsibilities Manage a caseload of up to 17 families, completing Early Help Assessments and chairing or attending Family Network Meetings.
