About this role
Responsible for the supervision of a team of operatives (10-20), ensuring that the services provided are in line with the KPIs and set strategy and fully compliant with legislative, regulatory, contractual, budgetary and policy constraints of MXM Contractors Ltd. Will deputise for the Contract Managers. Ensure work complies with current statutory and non-statutory legislation, adhere to the MXM Contractors Ltd work ethics and service levels. Escalate issues to the Contract Mangers as appropriate.
