Income Officer

We are currently recruiting for an experienced Income Officer to join a well-established housing provider in Coventry on a temporary basis . This is an excellent opportunity for someone with experience in income collection, rent arrears and housing management who is looking for a hybrid role within a supportive and professional environment. As an Income Officer, you will be responsible for managing a portfolio of rent accounts and working proactively with residents to maximise income collection and minimise arrears.
