SF Partners are recruiting an experienced rent arears officer for a housing organisation in Coventry. Supporting the team with additional workload following an acquisition, you'll handle rent arrears and income-related queries, working with customers to resolve outstanding balances and agree affordable repayment arrangements. What You'll Be Doing Proactively contacting customers about rent arrears. Agreeing repayment arrangements based on individual circumstances. Resolving income-related queries and investigating disputed balances.
