About this role
The Company: A UK based FM company who deliver 24/7/365 maintenance throughout the UK supported by their regional office network. Clients include hospitality venues, grocers, healthcare, schools, Government buildings and commercial properties. The Role: You will be responsible for the planned and reactive maintenance of air-conditioning equipment (Splits / VRV's / VRF's/ Heat Pumps) across Newcastle up to 1/2 hours away Periodically, you will also carry out small installations as required.
