Randstad C&P are working with a national FM client to onboard a temporary Mobile Maintenance Technician in the North Tyneside region. This is a temporary ongoing opportunity. The Package: Pay rate between £17ph - £22ph (Umbrella or PAYE) Monday to Friday, 40 hours per week Temporary ongoing contract (min 1 month) Own vehicle needed The Duties: Carry out emergency responsive repairs and scheduled planned maintenance in occupied and void homes. Fix plumbing issues, including leaks, blockages, tap replacements, and basic sanitary ware.
