Isle of Wight are looking to engage an experienced social worker as an team manager to join its Fostering team. Pay Rate - 47.50ph. 3 months long contract. As Team Manager, you will provide effective leadership and management to a team of social workers and fostering professionals, ensuring that practice is child-focused, safe and compliant with relevant legislation and standards. You will be responsible for: Managing, supporting and developing a team within the Fostering Service.
