Industry: Property Services Location: Isle of Wight Hours: 39 hours per week Days: Monday - Friday Duration: Permanent Duties: Assist with cost planning, estimating and budget preparation for construction and maintenance projects. Support the preparation of bills of quantities, schedules of work, tender documents and contract information. Assist with procurement processes, tender analysis and contractor appointments. Support contract administration, including valuations, variations, payment notices and cost reporting.
