About this role
Acrow Recruitment has been exclusively retained by a highly regarded Irish main building contractor to appoint a Senior Contracts Manager for a major residential project in Dublin. This is a senior operational appointment carrying overall responsibility for the delivery of a large-scale design-and-build development valued in excess of €50 million. The successful candidate will lead the project from preconstruction and mobilisation through to completion, handover and the defects-liability period.
