About this role
An immediate opportunity, outside IR35, exists for an experienced Senior / Managing Quantity Surveyor to join a well-established and growing rail infrastructure contractor delivering a major programme of rail and civil engineering works in Dublin. This is a fantastic opportunity to take full commercial ownership of a £30m NEC4 Option A rail project, managing all commercial activities from quotation stage through to final account whilst becoming the key commercial interface with the client.
