About this role
I am currently working with a housing provider to recruit a Repairs Administrator. This will involve working as party of the property services team and working with various stakeholders including operatives, surveyors, and other colleagues. Duties will include; Coordinate service visits with external contractors, ensuring all required documentation including risk assessments, method statements, inductions and insurance details are received and compliant.
