We are recruiting an experienced Maintenance Engineer to join the team located in Birmingham! The Role: Perform preventative & reactive maintenance, diagnose faults, and implement effective repairs across all building services systems. Weekly PPMs such as fire alarm tests, emergency light tests & hazard checks. Repairs floor & wall coverings. Responsible for other building maintenance & installation works as required.
