About this role
A growing multi-disciplinary construction consultancy is looking for an ambitious Associate Quantity Surveyor to join its expanding team. This is an opportunity to lead the commercial delivery of major Data Centre projects as well as some Infrastructure, Residential and Mixed-Use developments, while working closely with senior leadership and helping shape the future growth of the business. What you'll do Lead cost planning, procurement and commercial strategy. Manage valuations, cost reporting, change control and contracts.
