A Construction Consultancy are seeking a Building Regulation Principal Designer to join their fast-growing team. Due to client frameworks and an established reputation, they require further support within their team. Their Building Regulation Principal Design team consists of Ex-Architects and ex-Building Control Surveyors, who receive support from the internal Fire Engineering team. This set up allows for a collaborative environment. The Building Regulation Principal Designer will work hybrid from the office, in a social environment.
