Main purpose of the job To provide comprehensive and effective support with HR and staffing matters across the Institute, ensuring compliance and adherence with policy. Line managing an HR Administrator and building effective and positive working relationships across the department spotting and flagging any potential people issues. Duties and responsibilities HR Advice and Guidance: Providing advice and guidance on HR matters or policy and signposting queries to appropriate areas for further information or escalation where necessary.
