About this role
THE ROLE My client seeks a Quantity Surveyor / Commercial Manager to work in their client's office in London (or in Birmingham) on a CONTRACT or PERMANENT basis. This is to work on various RAIL projects currently on signals, controls, M&E & Civils. You must have experience of all quantity surveying and commercial management duties and have good Rail experience using NEC4 contracts. THE COMPANY My client is a long established busy firm of PQS with several offices. My client works on projects for infrastructure and also for buildings.
