About this role
JOB PURPOSE: To provide first-line leadership and direction to manufacturing operatives engaged in the production of precast concrete products. The Team Leader will ensure work is performed safely, efficiently, and to specification while supporting production targets, quality standards, and workforce development initiatives. JOB RELATED TASKS: Ensure all operate safely and challenge none-safe actions and behaviours Direct leadership of production operatives. Responsible for daily shift performance and productivity.
