JOB PURPOSE: To establish, manage, and continuously improve quality assurance systems within the precast concrete manufacturing operation. The Quality Lead will ensure all products comply with customer, industry, and regulatory requirements while promoting a culture of quality excellence throughout the business. JOB RELATED TASKS: Demonstrate the ability to work safely and ensure a proactive approach to a safety culture. Responsible for facility quality management systems and its installation.
