Site Manager - Water - Freelance Outside IR35

One of my top clients are looking for a Site Manager to work on a mains rehabilitation scheme in Kentish Town. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day site operations, ensuring works are delivered safely, efficiently and to the required quality standards. Duties will include managing subcontractors and site teams, coordinating daily activities, monitoring progress, completing site documentation and ensuring compliance with health & safety procedures.
