Job Purpose Manage a maintenance team and approved sub-contractors to ensure the safe and efficient delivery of PPM and reactive maintenance in line with CBRE policies and procedures, industry standards and manufacturers recommendations to meet the needs of The Account. Key Tasks: Ensure that safety is a key priority and that self and team consistently demonstrate understanding and commitment to health, safety and environment at all times.
