About this role
Are you looking for a part-time role? This position is working 3 days per week with the option to flex up to 5 days during peak periods and to cover holidays/sickness. Working for a thriving property agency in central Southampton , you will be supporting with all the lettings administration. This includes tenant referencing and other compliance checks e.g. AML, property inspections for check in and check out, maintaining the landlord register, etc.
