About this role
An experienced Contracts Manager is required to oversee three school construction projects across Northern Ireland. Reporting to the Construction Director, you'll take ownership of contractual and commercial delivery while working closely with project teams, subcontractors and Department of Education stakeholders. This is a senior, site-focused position suited to a Contracts Manager with significant building construction experience, ideally across schools, education or comparable large-scale projects.
