Are you an experienced customer service professional within the housing regeneration sector? Approach Personnel are proud to be partnered with a regional housing regeneration contractor, who are currently looking to appoint a Resident Liaison Officer on a permanent basis to oversee a project across the Leicester area. As a Resident Liaison Officer, you will be responsible for overseeing the full customer journey, from pre‑start visits and resident profiling through to day‑to‑day communication, complaint handling, and post‑completion aftercare.
