Job Description We are looking for experienced and compassionate Senior Care Assistants to join our agency team and work across HC-One care homes. As a Senior Care Assistant, you will play an important role in providing high-quality, person-centred care while supporting and leading a team of Care Assistants. You will work closely with the Registered Nurse and Home Manager to ensure residents receive safe, dignified and personalised care.
