About this role
Local authority in Greater Manchester are looking for a housing surveyor - Awaab's law on an initial three month basis. Purpose of the role: Temporary Surveyor to support our Housing Services team, with a key focus on HHSRS assessments, damp and mould investigations, disrepair works and preparation for Awaab's Law requirements. The successful candidate will undertake inspections, diagnose building defects, manage remedial works, oversee contractors and support compliance activities across our housing stock.
