Senior Chartered Building Surveyor Industry: Property Management/ Construction Location: Isle of Wight Hours: 39 hours per week (8am - 5pm Mon-Thu, 8am -1pm Fri. May consider 34 hours, Monday - Thursday) Days: Monday - Friday ( may consider Monday - Thursday) Duration: Permanent Duties: Lead building surveying commissions across commercial, residential and public sector assets. Prepare professional reports, specifications and schedules of work. Undertake condition surveys, defect analysis and compliance reviews.
