An Excellent Opportunity for a Project Manager to lead a new build residential scheme in Watford which involves the construction of 240 apartments built over a 4 year build programme, including multiple RC frame blocks, ground floor commercial space, underground car parking, and extensive infrastructure and landscaping. This development started at the end of 2021 and has 4 years left on site; where you will be responsible for a team which includes a Senior Site Manager, 2 Site Managers and 2 Assistant Site Managers; with a project pipeline part of the ongoing master scheme in Watford for you to move on to at completion, and excellent opportunities to progress within the business.

The Candidate
The ideal candidate will be a Project Manager with a background in delivering new build residential schemes; able to manage programmes & budgets, and successfully lead a site team to deliver an exceptional quality product, with key focus on detail and an eye for quality. Longevity in their career is vital for the successful Project Manager, with a track history of taken projects from start to finish. Experience in the construction and delivery of residential apartments is important for this position.
