Job Description: Our Campaign Manager plays a key role in our Marketing Team. We have a fantastic new opportunity for you to join the team responsible for managing, executing and optimising the strategy, performance and measurement of our campaigns across all digital channels.
The Campaign Team are responsible for the direct management and delivery of all strategic and tactical digital campaigns. The role will be based out of the new £7m Birmingham HQ office with a hybrid working approach working in the Birmingham office, home working and a willingness to travel to our other offices.
Main Duties:
• Build upon the strategic brand and messaging positioning for SCC Document Services and SCC Hybrid Infrastructure propositions across both online and offline channels to drive business growth.
• Work closely with both the pre-sales and sales teams to take feedback and refine messaging/positioning accordingly.
• Take campaign briefs from various stakeholders and manage the execution of these accordingly.
• You should be familiar with a variety of marketing platforms and be adept at integrating them with CRM systems.
• Be adept at forging, managing and influencing internal and external relationships with stakeholders across a variety of levels.
• Make informed campaign recommendations based on market knowledge and previous campaign results – test and optimise.
• Use third party tools to provide new business leads to the salesforce, as well as for existing customers.
• Manage external agencies.
• Optimise processes with outbound agencies, to ensure that the right level/quality of lead is received.
• Manage internal stakeholders expectations of campaigns.
• Keep up to date with latest thinking and technologies surrounding marketing, to maintain an expert level of understanding.
Skills, Knowledge & Experience
• A proven track record of working with senior management/board members, and influencing at all levels of business.
• A leading mentality, prepared to challenge the status quo.
• Strong analytical skills.
• Experience in brand management.
• Experience with a range of marketing and analytical platforms.
• Adept at utilising the full Office suite of solutions.
• Social media experience.
• Management of external agencies and vendors.
• Knowledge of the tech sector.
• Excellent organisational and project management skills.
• Ability to manage multiple campaigns running concurrently.
• Keep abreast of vertical sector knowledge and challenges.
• Management of a marketing budget and maximising available funds from partners
