The Assistant Manager Role
As Assistant Manager, you will play a key role in the day-to-day running of the store, supporting the Store Manager in delivering commercial results and creating a positive environment for customers and colleagues.
Key responsibilities include:

• Supporting the Store Manager in achieving sales targets and KPIs
  
• Leading, coaching and motivating the team to maximise performance
  
• Delivering excellent customer service and an engaging shopping experience
  
• Driving sales through effective team leadership and commercial awareness
  
• Maintaining high visual merchandising and store presentation standards
  
• Supporting stock management, deliveries and replenishment
  
• Assisting with recruitment, onboarding and training
  
• Taking responsibility for store operations in the Store Manager's absence
  
• Ensuring operational procedures and company standards are consistently maintained
  

About You
To be successful in this Assistant Manager role, you will have:

• Previous retail management or supervisory experience as an Assistant Manager, Deputy Manager, Supervisor or Team Leader
  
• Experience in fashion, lifestyle, footwear, accessories, beauty or premium retail
  
• A track record of achieving sales targets and delivering KPI results
  
• Strong leadership skills, with the ability to coach and develop a team
  
• A commercial mindset and a passion for driving sales
  
• Excellent communication, organisation and problem-solving skills
  
• A proactive approach and a genuine passion for customer service
