Location: Gloucester
Contract: Full time (4 days, 40 hours across the week)
Salary: Starting salary at £31,000 per annum

Are you passionate about delivering outstanding early years education and inspiring others to provide exceptional learning experiences? We are looking for an enthusiastic Nursery Room Leader in Gloucester to join our nursery leadership team.

What you'll be doing:

• As a Room Leader, you will play a key role in leading your team to ensure the smooth day-to-day running of the room. You will help create a safe, stimulating and nurturing environment, support the development of junior team members, and ensure high standards of care and education are consistently maintained.
• You will work closely with the Nursery Leadership team to plan engaging learning experiences, monitor children's progress, build positive relationships with families and contribute to the overall success of the room.

You will need:

• A full and relevant Level 3 Early Years qualification
• Experience of working in an early years setting
• Experience of supporting and developing colleagues
• A good understanding of safeguarding, child development and the EYFS

This role is for 40 hours per week over 4 days, although we welcome discussions with candidates who would like to explore other working patterns. Please note that we are an all-year-round nursery.
