The Role

We're looking for an experienced Site Manager to oversee the groundworks and earthworks package on a large residential housing development in Leicestershire.

Working for the Principal Contractor for this phase of the project, you'll be responsible for managing day-to-day site operations, completing all required paperwork and ensuring works are delivered safely, on programme and to the required quality standards.

Key Experience Required

✅ CSCS Black Card
✅ SMSTS
✅ First Aid at Work
✅ 10+ years' Site Management experience
✅ Groundworks, Earthworks & Civils background
✅ Strong knowledge of ITPs, CDM and site compliance paperwork
✅ Experience managing subcontractors and site teams

Desirable

⭐ Previous experience delivering residential earthworks packages
⭐ Roads, drainage and utilities experience
⭐ Experience working for leading groundworks or civil engineering contractors
