Job Title: Press Brake Operator

Location: Willenhall

Salary: £14.85 per hour Operators £16.35 per hour for setters with shift allowance

Shift Patterns: Monday to Friday 13:00 - 22:00 Friday 12:00 - 18:00

Shift Pattern

Afternoon Shift

• Monday - Thursday: 13:00 - 22:00
• Friday: 12:00 - 18:00
• Early finish every Friday!

Overtime Available

• Saturday: Time and a Half
• Sunday: Double Time
• Plenty of overtime available for those looking to maximise their earnings.

Duties

• Setting and operating CNC Press Brakes
• Working with Trumpf and Edward Pearson machinery
• Reading and interpreting engineering drawings
• Producing high-quality folded components to specification
• Conducting quality checks and dimensional inspections
• Working efficiently to meet production targets
• Maintaining a safe and organised work area

Requirements

• Previous Press Brake setting and/or operating experience is essential
• Experience with Trumpf and/or Edward Pearson machines preferred
• Ability to read technical drawings
• Strong attention to detail and quality standards
• Reliable, hardworking and able to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment
