Service Advisor

Libra Recruitment is delighted to be recruiting on behalf of a prestigious premium car dealership in Norwich for an experienced Service Advisor.

This is an excellent opportunity for a professional and customer-focused individual with previous motor trade experience to join a successful and established aftersales team. The successful candidate will support the Aftersales Manager in delivering an outstanding customer experience while ensuring the highest standards of service throughout the customer journey.

You will be a confident communicator who can build strong relationships with customers, providing professional, prompt, and courteous support at all times. The role requires someone who can work independently, demonstrate excellent organisational skills, and maintain a strong focus on customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities of the Service Advisor:

• Acting as the main point of contact for customers regarding servicing, repairs and maintenance.
• Advising customers on technical queries and vehicle-related issues.
• Booking vehicles into the workshop and coordinating service schedules.
• Identifying and promoting additional work highlighted during vehicle health checks and inspections.
• Keeping customers informed of progress and costs throughout the repair process.
• Preparing and finalising invoices and collecting customer payments.
• Delivering exceptional levels of customer service and ensuring customer satisfaction targets are achieved.

To be considered for the Service Advisor role you must:

• Have previous motor trade experience as a Service Advisor or in a similar automotive aftersales role.
• Possess exceptional customer service and communication skills.
• Be confident building rapport with customers and colleagues alike.
• Be IT literate and able to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
• Have a proactive and self-motivated approach to your work.
• Hold a full, unrestricted UK driving licence.
