Scrum Lead

Dublin - Hybrid - Permanent

Our client, a global financial services organisation, is hiring a Scrum Lead for its DevSecOps & Cloud team. You'll drive Agile delivery and help roll out DevSecOps and cloud best practices across multiple regions, working with development, infrastructure and architecture teams.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead one or more Scrum teams, some of them offshore or distributed, through complex workstreams
• Coach teams on Agile values and practices, building transparency and a habit of continuous improvement
• Work with the Product Owner on release planning and keep the backlog ready to work on
• Manage dependencies between teams, and clear or escalate anything blocking delivery
• Track and report Agile metrics such as velocity and burndown
• Encourage modern engineering practices such as CI/CD, test automation and AI adoption

What We're Looking For

• 4+ years' experience in a corporate IT environment, ideally in financial services, insurance or healthcare
• 1+ years as a Scrum Master, ideally on cloud or DevOps programmes
• Experience with Agile frameworks such as Scrum, SAFe and Kanban, including supporting several teams at once
• Hands-on use of tools such as Jira or Azure DevOps
• Strong judgement in spotting risks and knowing when to escalate them

Relevant Agile certifications (such as PSM, CSM, SAFe Scrum Master or similar) are welcome.
