360 Operator

360 Excavator Operators, Groundworkers & Pipelayers – Swansea – Start - ASAP – Approx. 4-5 months / on going work in Middlesborough.

Location: Middlesborough

Pay: Competitive rates – gang rates negotiable

Start: Monday 26th October 2026

Duration: Approx 4-5 Months 

We're looking for 15–20 experienced groundwork operatives  on a site in Middlesborough This is a long-running job, expected to last about 9 months, starting 02/11/26

ROLES

360 Excavator Operators

- CPCS or NPORS 360 Excavator card (above and/or below 10t)

- Safety Critical Medical – not essential but would be good if had 

- Lifting Operations endorsement – not essential but would be good if had

- Experience in bulk digs, trenching, drainage ect 

- A 360 Operator with good trimming and grading skills will be favoured

Groundworkers – singles, pairs and gangs welcome

- Valid CSCS card

- Experience on large commercial or industrial sites

- Gangs: please state your gang size and rate when you apply

- Groundworkers able to set out, read drawings or use a laser level preferred and can do drainage or kurbs. 

Pipelayers

- Valid CSCS card (NVQ Level 2 Pipelayer preferred)

- Experience with foul & storm and surface water drainage, laying to falls and building manholes

- Able to work with a laser

- Experience with attenuation tanks or S104/S278 works preferred

THE WORK INCLUDES

- Site clearance, topsoil strip and bulk excavation (cut and fill)

- Piling mat, pile caps and ground beams

- Pad and strip foundations, steel fixing and shuttering

- Sub-base preparation for large reinforced concrete floor slabs

- Foul and surface water drainage, manholes and interceptors

- Attenuation and soakaway systems

- Service ducts and utility trenches

- Kerbing, HGV yards, hardstanding and car parks

- External works and fencing bases

REQUIREMENTS FOR ALL ROLES

- Valid, in-date CSCS / CPCS / NPORS card

- Own PPE and safety boots

- Right to work in the UK

- Reliable and able to start Monday 02/11/26

- Own transport preferred
