Are you a Quality Inspector, with experience in conforming to NADCAP and ISO:9001standards, looking to join an established manufacturing company offering specialist training and progression into Quality Management?

Do you have experience interpreting engineering drawings, carrying out dimensional inspections and investigating non-conformances, looking for a varied, hands-on position where you will work with high-performance components?

The company are a specialist engineering business with over 50 years of experience specialising in metal surface treatments and improving the performance of engineered components.

The company works with customers across demanding, quality-critical industries including Aerospace, Defence and Formula 1, where precision, traceability and compliance with technical specifications are essential.

This is an excellent opportunity for a Quality Engineer Inspector looking to join a specialist manufacturer where you will take responsibility for inspection, quality documentation, non-conformance investigations and continuous improvement.

The Role:

• Carry out incoming, in-process and final inspection of precision-engineered components
• Inspect parts for damage, contamination, machining defects and other non-conformances
• Undertake final inspection of aerospace and other quality-critical components
• Read and interpret engineering drawings, technical specifications and customer requirements
• Carry out contract reviews, particularly for aerospace-related work
• Complete dimensional inspection reports and support First Article Inspection Reports (FAIRs)

The Person:

• Background in Quality Inspection
• Experience adhering to NADCAP and ISO:9001 standards
• Experience in a precision engineering environment
