WORKSHOP CONTROLLER
WIMBLEDON | £45,000 BASIC | £54,000 OTE | 1 IN 4 SATURDAY MORNINGS

Pembrook Resourcing is recruiting an experienced Workshop Controller to oversee a team of 15 within a busy main dealership workshop in Wimbledon.

THE OPPORTUNITY
You'll take responsibility for the day-to-day coordination of the workshop, reporting directly to the Service Manager.

The role offers a £45,000 basic salary with a total OTE of £54,000, alongside the following working pattern and benefits:

• Working hours: Monday to Friday, within 8am–6pm
• Weekends: 1 in 4 Saturday mornings
• Team: 15 workshop staff
• Annual leave: 33 days, including bank holidays

THE ROLE

• Oversee the daily running of the workshop, ensuring work is allocated and completed efficiently.
• Coordinate and support Technicians to maintain productivity and meet performance targets.
• Monitor vehicle progress, manage workflow and address delays.
• Work closely with Service Reception to maintain communication and ensure customers are kept informed.
• Maintain high standards of workmanship, efficiency and workshop performance.

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR
You'll need:

• At least 2 years' experience in a similar Workshop Controller role within a main dealership.
• Experience managing workshop workflow, Technician productivity and daily workloads.
• A good understanding of dealership workshop operations and performance expectations.
• To live within approximately one hour's commuting distance of Wimbledon.
