We are looking to recruit a Customer Services Technician to join our team in the South Midlands region, ideally based around the Luton / Stevenage area.  The role will see you carry out multi‑trade remedial works in both occupied and unoccupied properties, delivering safe, high‑quality repairs while providing a professional and positive customer service experience. As a front‑facing representative of Miller Homes, the Technician plays a key role in upholding the company’s standards, values, and reputation.

CUSTOMER SERVICES TECHNICIAN RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Carry out assigned remedial works in a safe, efficient, and professional manner across a range of trades.
• Communicate politely and clearly with customers, keeping them informed of progress and any issues.
• Ensure the company vehicle is suitably racked, clean, tidy, and road‑legal at all times.
• Work in full compliance with the company’s Safety, Health & Environment (SH&E) Management System.

CUSTOMER SERVICES TECHNICIAN REQUIREMENTS:

• Multi‑skilled, with practical experience across a range of trades including joinery, basic brickwork, plaster patching, painting and decorating, tiling, and general repairs.
• Understanding of construction techniques and basic awareness of NHBC standards.
• Good awareness of current health and safety legislation and best practice.
• Professional, courteous, and respectful when representing Miller Homes.
