Location: Wymondham, Norfolk
Salary: Up to £30,000 per annum DOE
Hours: Monday to Friday, 40 hours per week

The Opportunity ISQ Recruitment are supporting an established food production business in their search for a Technical Compliance Coordinator to join their team near Wymondham, Norfolk.
This is an excellent opportunity for an organised, detail-focused individual with experience in Quality Assurance, Technical Administration or Compliance to develop their career within a varied technical environment.
Working closely with the Technical Manager, you will help maintain standards across Food Safety, Quality, Health & Safety, Animal Welfare and regulatory compliance.

Key Responsibilities

• Maintain technical documentation, quality systems and compliance records.
• Support food safety, Health & Safety and animal welfare requirements.
• Assist with internal, customer and third-party audits.
• Monitor corrective actions, non-conformances and compliance activities.
• Prepare technical reports and provide administrative support to the Technical Manager.

What We're Looking For Essential:

• Previous experience in administration, Quality Assurance, Technical or Compliance.
• Minimum Level 3 Food Safety qualification.
• Strong organisational skills and excellent attention to detail.
• Good Microsoft Office skills, particularly Word and Excel.
• GCSEs or equivalent in English and Mathematics.

Desirable:

• Experience within food manufacturing, FMCG or another regulated industry.
• Knowledge of HACCP, COSHH or internal auditing.
• Familiarity with BRCGS, Red Tractor Assured or RSPCA Assured standards.
